Ensure burgers are piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas mark 6, 20 mins
Pre-heat oven. Place burgers on a tray, brush with 1tsp of oil and cook, turning halfway through.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium heat, 12 mins
Heat 1tsp of oil in a frying pan and cook, turning every 2 minutes.
