Air Fry - From Chilled. Place the soy based fillets in a preheated air fryer at 200°C and cook for 8 minutes.; Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat the oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C. Place the soy based fillets on an oven tray and cook for 12 minutes.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat 1 tbsp oil and fry the fillets for 3 minutes on each side, flipping with a spatula until gold and brown.
