Bitter

Not sure about the 5-star reviews. Yuzu in Japan never tasted bitter, but this mustard is unpleasant. To be fair, that might not be because of the yuzu. Haven't thrown it away yet, keep thinking of how I could possibly use it and counteract the bitterness.

Absolutely delicious

I was blown away by this - expected mustard with a hint of citrusy zing, but its so flavourful - very noticeably yuzu-flavoured. Will always have some in the fridge now.

the yuzu flavour really comes through - couldn't imagine the two flavours together but they really work - takes pastrami sandwich to new heights

Amazing

This stuff is amazing. First time I've reviewed on Ocado - my Japanese friend is a big fan of Yuzu (a tart green leaf often served as an accompaniment to sushi) and I agreed its very complimentary. Spotted this and thought I'd give a whirl. Its delicious, I mixed with cider vinegar, honey & oil for a lovely salad dressing. Also great with wagyu burgers
