Instructions
Barbecue - From Chilled. Cook for 4 - 5 minutes per side for 8 - 10 minutes in total.; Grill - From Chilled. 18-24 mins. Place under a pre-heated grill. Turn once halfway through cooking time. Leave to stand for 5 minutes after cooking.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 180°C/ Fan 140°C/ Gas mark 4 12-18 mins. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn occasionally.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Cook on a low heat, half what you would fry an ordinary burger and let the burger slowly brown and flip until cooked through. Due to the fats in chorizo more fat will come off the burger which you should use to baste it while it cooks. Once piping hot throughout then remove the burger from the pan and allow it to rest. Cooking time should be between 3-6 minutes each side.
