How to Cook Me...
1. Either slice, dice, grate or tear
2. Fry in 1 tbsp oil for 5 mins, turning often until golden

Cooking guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Simply slice or dice your tempeh; Oven cook - From Chilled. Coat in a little oil and bake on an oven tray for 15 mins at 180C.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat 1 tbsp of oil and fry for 5 mins until golden brown.
