The Tidal Spiced Rum is infused with Red Dulse, hand collected from Jersey’s shores at low tide. Red Dulse brings a wonderful harmony of pepper and sea salt minerality with a distinctive sweetness of dark chocolate that, alongside a careful selection of spices, creates a smooth medley on the nose and palate. This complex spiced rum can be enjoyed neat and with your favourite mixer.

50ml The Tidal Spiced, 15 ml fresh lime juice, Ginger Beer, lime
