Perfect for a delicious egg fried rice. Cook the rice for 10 mins, drain and cool immediately. Scramble eggs in a pan of oil and season well. Fry spring onions and ginger in a separate pan and add cooked rice. Add five spice powder and soy sauce and stir in the scrambled eggs and chives. For full recipes, visit tilda.com/recipes.

Allow 60g per portion.
1. Bring pan of water to boil and add the rice.
2. Simmer for 12-15 minutes.
3. Drain well and serve.

Hob - From Ambient. This is a great method to cook our rice.
Put 60g of rice per person into a pan of boiling water.
Simmer for 10-12 minutes on a medium heat, drain, cover and let stand for 3 minutes.
Run a fork through the rice to fluff up the grains and serve.
