Recipe Idea:
Perfect with Shiitake Mushrooms and Green Beans
Stir fry green beans, mushrooms and a chopped onion until softened. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar and cornflour in a bowl with a dash of water. Pour onto vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
For extra protein, add fried chicken or firm tofu.
