Cooking Instructions - General. All ovens vary - Cooking time may need to be adjusted accordingly.; Grill - From Frozen. Grill under pre-heated medium grill for 8 minutes.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Bake on a lightly greased baking tray for 10-12 minutes.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Pre-heat a little oil in a pan, over low heat. Place the burgers in the pan and fry for 8 minutes over a low heat, turning occasionally.
