Bake on a lightly greased baking tray for 7-9 minutes, turning over half-way through.; Shallow Fry - From Ambient. Pre-heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan, over low heat. Place the vegan schnitzels in the pan and fry for 5 minutes over a low heat, turning occasionally.

why haven't they been in stock recently?
Not For Me
I baked the Schnitzels in the oven. I did not like the strange outer colouring. The texture was squidgy. I would not be purchasing this product again.
These are (a few) one of our favorite things
Until finding these, going veggie meant going without an old family favourite, so an Austrian mum's schnitzel with fried potatoes and salads (not noodles!) were much missed. These are the closest to the tenderised and breaded originals we've tried. They shallow fry more quickly than the instructions suggest, especially after turning when a careful eye's needed. The crumb crisp up nicely, keeping the insides moist and tender. A freezer staple and a happy family.

I cooked these in the air fryer and paired Them with the strong roots mac n cheese, gravy and peas. It was nice. These are basic vegan breaded cutlets that surprisingly taste like the real thing. There's not much taste to them but they provide a quick meal where no animals were harmed.
just delicious
These have become a firm fave in our house. Easy and quick to cook, just so tasty. Great for a katsu curry, on a wrap or bun, with a salad and pasta side.... you name it, so versatile.
Nice
Am not a fan of meat subs as a general rule as don't like the taste of meat at all. This is one of the exceptions! I used to like Tivall nuggets, the ones covered in seasame seeds but they've been absent since before lockdown. I tried these and they are similar flavour, so pretty decent.
