Boil - From Frozen. Place the sausages in a saucepan of boiling water.
Reduce heat and simmer for 4-6 minutes. Drain before serving.; Cooking Instructions - General. All ovens vary - these are guidelines only.
Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging.; Grill - From Frozen. Grill under pre-heated medium grill for 3-4 minutes, turn halfway through.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat the oven to 1500°C/300ºF, gas mark 3. Bake on a lightly greased baking tray for 7-8 minutes, turn halfway through.
