Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Cut food in to similar sized pieces to ensure even cooking. No need to add water. Add butter and seasonings if required.
Step 2: Place food in bag. Remove the peel strip on the flap, fold over and seal, making sure the fold is at least 3cm.
Step 3: Cook in microwave as below. When cooking has finished, allow bag to stand for approx. 30 seconds, to allow steam to be released. Do not touch during this time as steam will be hot.
Step 4: Remove bag from microwave, water may be present so keep bag upright and pour off before serving.
Step 5: Dispose of bag in your compost bin. The natural materials will quickly start to break down.

Care & Use: This product is made from natural bio-based sources and so will degrade naturally over time. Therefore bags should be used within one year of purchase.

Vegetables: Cauliflower, Corn, Carrots: Weight One portion: 175g / 6-7 oz; Cooking time: 4-5 mins
Vegetables: Potatoes: Weight One portion: 175g / 6-7 oz; Cooking time: 2-3 mins
Vegetables: Potatoes: Weight One portion: 300g / 10-11; Cooking time: 5-6 mins
Fish: Weight One portion: 130g / 4-5 oz; Cooking time: 4-5 mins
Chicken (Pieces): Weight One portion: 100g / 3-4 oz; Cooking time: 3-5 mins
Note: Cooking times are approximate and would vary between fresh or frozen food and according to weight.
