Pre-heat air fryer.
Cook for 7 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking. Cook times based on a 1500W output air fryer. Cook times may vary in different models.
Adjust cooking times accordingly based on manufacturer's instructions.; Cooking Instructions - General. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Ensure tofu is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6/10 minutes
