The Nutrient Information is wrong!!

You cannot sell this with incorrect ingredient information! I've double checked on the manufacturer website and this product only contains 3 different nutrients. This shows all the nutrients for the menopause product!! Very misleading & inaccurate!!

DO NOT TAKE with Antidepressants

I bought this for my son, who has difficulty sleeping. There is nothing in the notes about the product to say you should not take these if you take antidepressants. It does state this on the packet, but not here on the Ocado shop - so I've just wasted £13.50, which is a lot of money.

wrong nutrition/ingredients info given

I thought this would tick a lot of boxes as I wanted a magnesium supplement and more vitamin b - the nutrients/ingredients given on Ocado suggest they are almost multi vitamins.. after ordering I see these just have magnesium and couple of other ingredients. Please update this info as they are not cheap and I need to buy more vitamins separately. Im hoping they help with muscle and joint ache at night, only been taking for a few days so far.

Works for me

It works for me, its not magical but definitely helps to relax the muscles and get a better night of sleep - recommend to try!

helps me get back to sleep

I usually dont have trouble falling asleep, but if I wake in the night, it can take up to two hours to get back to sleep. I noticed it took 5 days to kick in but, once it did, I now fall immediately back to sleep. These are great (and high quality).

Really helps my headaches

I tried these as I suffer a lot of headaches and migraines (I take prescriptive medication for migraine attacks). My daily headaches stopped after a week or so and migraines are less frequent. I stopped the supplements a few weeks later to see if headaches came back and they did, so promptly started them again and not had any problems since.
