The Abruzzo region enjoys mild temperatures during winter and a large diurnal range during the summer. The vineyards are dry and ventilated at 290m above sea level.

Vinification details

Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a max of 20C. The wine spent 10 hours in contact with the skins to encourage the distinctive dark colour and complexity.
