Smoked Mackerel Pâté with Tracklements Strong Horseradish & Cream
Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 smoked mackerel fillets (approx 300g)
200g full fat cream cheese
1 tbsp Tracklements Mustardy Mayonnaise
1 dsp Tracklements Strong Horseradish Cream
squeeze of lemon
Method:
Remove the skins and any pin bones from the mackerel fillets.
Put the fish into a food processor and whiz for a few seconds. Add the cream cheese, Mayonnaise, Strong Horseradish Cream and whiz again for a good minute. Add a squeeze of lemon juice to taste.
Put in the fridge for a harder set or dive right in. Serve with crusty bread or crudités.
