Tre Marie Panettone Milanese Traditional

The orginal panettone made to the traditional Milanese recipe. Produce first by Tre Marie in 1896. Made with cubes of Diamante Lemon from Calabria and soft raisins and delicious candied peel. Tre Marie, the undisputed leader for quality panettone, makes its products using nothing but the best quality
ingredients and following a slow, traditional, process. Three different doughs leaven for 72 hours, products are naturally cooled upside down for 8 hours. The final result is a mix of intense taste and soft fragrance which have been making it a masterpiece for years.

wheat flour, sultanas 16,4%, butter, candied citrus fruit 11,2% (diced orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, ground orange peel, diced citron, acidity regulator: citric acid), sugar, barn egg yolk 6,9%, natural leaven [natural yeast (wheat flour, water), brewer's yeast], fructose syrup, invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, natural flavourings.
