Directions:
Stir in 10g (2x rounded tablespoons) of Tri Active Super Greens with 300ml of water. Use a little less or add more liquid to make it perfect for you. Ensure adequate hydration during or after training. This product can be consumed at any time of the day. do not exceed the daily dose. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
