Preparation and Usage
How to use:
Blend 15g (3 x level teaspoons) of Tri Active Pre-Workout with 300ml of water. Use a little less or add more water to make it perfect for you.
For best results, shake and drink straight away or throw in your nutribullet. Take 30 minutes before your workout.
It's important to stay hydrated during and after training. Do not exceed stated dose.
