Recipe Suggestion
Coconut Chicken (serves 4)
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups double cream, 4 individual boneless chicken breasts, 1 tbsp Tropical Sun Hot (or Milk) Curry Powder, 1 x 400ml tin Tropical Sun Coconut Milk, 1 tsp brown sugar, dash Tropical Sun Vegetable Oil.
Preparation: Marinate the chicken in the Curry Powder. Heat oil in a skinllet and cook the chicken breast, alternating sides. In a saucepan, gently heat the remaining ingredients. Stir the mixture until it dissolves.
Add the mixture to the chicken. Cover the chicken and simmer gently for 3 minutes. Best Served with steamed rice.
