Instructions
3 tablespoons = 1 medium whole egg.
2 tablespoons = 1 egg white
Liquid egg white can be used in any way that you currently eat eggs:
· To make omelettes or scrambled eggs.
· For French toast.
· In quiches, pies and meatloaves.
· For batters and coatings in baking or frying.
· In salads - cooked and sliced.
· In pancakes, cakes and biscuits.
· In desserts - e.g. soufflés and for icing.
· For whisking - e.g. in meringues.
· In protein shakes or smoothies - mixed with fruit juice or yoghurt.
· In cocktails.
· For frosting glasses.
For a great tasting egg white omelette try adding spinach, mushrooms and onion.

3 tbsp/45g = 1 medium egg
2 tbsp/30g = 1 egg white
Protein Waffles in Minutes
What you need:
100g Two Chicks egg white
Scoop of protein powder
1 tbsp milk/water
1 tbsp flour optional
Berries/peanut butter optional
What to do:
Blend ingredients together and place in waffle iron.
Use in place of eggs for a lower fat and calorie alternative

Good and handy
I'm reviewing this product as I got a free sample from Ocado. I usually but the organic one but this was equally good, worked a treat and made one of the best pavlova so far. Recommended.
Contains Guar Gum
I used to love purchasing this product but got abdominal pains after breakfast in the morning. I'm not sure if it was due to poor packaging, but also the addition of the thickener, guar gum, may be a problem as it's known to cause digestive issues. I will try the organic version when it's back in stock as it doesn't contain the thickener. Until then, back to separating my eggs the old way!
Great for meringues
Ive been buying two chicks for years and was delighted to receive them as a free gift. They have a great shelf life and make excellent meringues with no waste. Also really good in cocktails like a gin fizz - perfect pasteurised froth!

Makes the most fantastic meringues and pavlovas and one carton would probably make around 24 small meringues or one huge pavlova fill with whipped double cream and M&S frozen raspberries ..perfect.

Happened to be offered these when I was shopping for a meringue gateau recipe. I have a freezer full of egg whites - or so it seems, but they don't whisk as well as fresh, so it seemed an opportune time to give these a go. I'd say they were slightly worse than frozen egg whites for volume. I don't expect there'll be mush more than a sugar puddle by morning. On the plus side, no wastage of the yolks. Maybe if I'd used more, rather than taking the advice off the packaging. I'm guessing this isn't the product's main reason for being.
