easy egg whites

I wanted to make a lower calorie mousse which used only egg whites, but I was worried about the safety of raw egg (I know Lion brand should be OK) so wanted to give pasteurised a go. I was concerned having read some reviews. I found this to be odourless, easy to use and gave good results. I will definitely buy again.

more like water than egg whites

no matter how well you shake before use the product is so runny it does not behave anything like egg whites. I tried to make an omelette and ended up with something more like a dosa burnt to the pan. I wouldn't recommend wasting money on this product.

Fed up with the pot luck packaging

It's the only egg white company around at the time of writing but the packaging is so unreliable that I'm not going to bother any more. Unsecure security seals (so you have to throw the product away) are the main culprit. You might get lucky and get a pack with a ring pull but it's pot luck. I switched to the organic pack from the unorganic one but this suffers from the same rubbish packaging.

eggs without the hassle

If youre looking for just egg whites without the hassle of separating the reds, then this is a product for you Just pull back the tab and enjoy Broken pieces of eggshell, not included

We love this organic egg white, it has a good long use by date and makes life a lot easier. Organic which is a plus and the fewer calories make it a yes from us. Always in our fridge.

Great product

I only eat egg whites so these are perfect for me. The organic version is really expensive but I prefer to buy organic animal products so I chose to pay the extra.
