15ml Cointreau Liqueur
Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice, strain into a martini glass and add an orange twist to serve.

25ml lemon juice
25ml cane syrup
30ml double cream
1 egg white
Dry shake all the ingredients (without ice) for 10 seconds, add ice and shake for a further 15 seconds. Pour into a fizz glass.
