Yuzu is a citrus fruit that is cultivated and beloved within Japan. Visually similar to a lemon but with a powerful fragrance, unique herbal notes, mild bitterness, and a less sharp acid flavour.

60ml Ukiyo Yuzu Gin
30ml Lime Juice
20ml Lime Syrup
Shake all the ingredients with ice, discard the ice and strain into a martini glass to serve. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

60ml Ukiyo Yuzu Gin
25ml Apricot Brandy
25ml Orange Juice
2 dashes of Orange Bitters
Shake all the ingredients with ice, discard the ice and strain into a martini glass to serve. Complete with a twist of orange.
