Where's the lemon?

A previous reviewer pointed out that they needed to add lemon, but sadly I didn't have any to hand. The texture was good, and the jar convenient, but the dominant flavour was ginger. Not great.

Very bland

Had to add lemon juice, garlic, ginger, onion, and five spice. Avoid !

if want lemon don't buy it

I love Ben's sauces normally and I expected this to be a strong lemon taste. It tastes of next to nothing. just a gloopy texture also. not one I would suggest if like lemon chicken

This taste this ginger, The worst synthetic taste ever its horrible stuff. Avoid avoid avoid.

Won’t buy again

Was expecting lemon flavour but this tastes Overpoweringly of ginger. No lemon whatsoever. Yuck.

Smells okay and theres definitely a lemon flavour, but theres no tang or zest. Also a little too sweet for my liking. Fine if you like lemon curd with your chicken!
