Very tasty
Very thin slices served with a couple of other Unearthed tapas, 3 for £10 deal. And some left over for another day.
Nitrates!
Very disappointed, used to be my favourite chorizo, but it seems they've added nitrates
Changed recipe, now with nitrites \x26 nitrates :(
I feel really deceived. I have always bought this on auto pilot, because it never contained nitrates or nitrites. When did they change the recipe? And without a warning. This was really sneaky. I hope they wouldn't have added nuts without highlighting it!!??
Good
Tastes great but wish it was nitrate free.
Greasy
My family love chorizo - especially in a tomato sauce with pasta. However, all of them complained about this chorizo and said it was greasy an unpleasant. I shall not buy again.
Not good anymore
Bought once again after a long time and it has changed for the worst. It has a strong acidic taste. Good chorizo should have a good balance between salty, meaty with a touch of sweetness, but should not taste acidic.
