All cooking appliances vary this is a guide only. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. (900W): Pierce the film in several places. Place on a non-metallic plate and microwave on full power for approximately 3 minutes.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan over a low to moderate heat. Place the tortilla in the pan and heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
