An oil extracted from the livers of Cod that provides a rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) plus moderate amounts of Vitamin A and Vitamin D.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, this beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA.

Each capsule provides:
Cod Liver Oil 400mg containing EPA 32mg and DHA 36mg
Vitamin A 375ug (46% NRV)
Vitamin D 375ug (27% NRV)
