Grapes are harvested at night to retain freshness and fermented in stainless steel tanks to accentuate the tropical fruit flavours in the wine. The wine is then bottled after a short period of contact with its natural lees to produce a well balanced and mouth-watering wine.

Regional information
The Casablanca Valley is a cool climate area on the north western side of Chile's coastal range less than 30 kilometres from the Pacific Ocean. Our estate occupies the extreme eastern end of the valley and is noted for its gentle Pacific breezes and early morning fog, making it the ideal climate for producing cool climate varietals.
Tasting notes
Intense strawberry and cherry aromas are mingled with citrus, herbal and floral notes. Lush texture and fresh acidity that lead to a long crisp finish.

Vinification details
The grapes are harvested in the early morning to keep them bright and fresh. The fruit goes in whole cluster into the press and is then racked off to stainless steel tanks for cold fermentation before it is bottled.
