Preparation and Usage

Tomatoes can be used to prepare sauces, to garnish main courses, meat and fish. You can cook them like this:
In a saucepan with a high rim, pour a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic, leave the oil fry and after a few minutes pour the contents of the can. Cook for 15 minutes on low heat using a spoon to mix the content. Once cooked, add basil, spices and use to flavor pasta al dente or your other dishes.

Tasty, but

Very good canned tomatoes, however I think its too expensive. But great when discounted.

Good but pricey

I saw these were on offer so worth a try. I usually buy cans from the mid price range a third cheaper than these at full price. The can is packed with tomatoes rather than juice - full of flavour without the slight acidity in some brands - great in recipes like Aubergine Parmigiana and as a side. I am stocking up whilst on offer as at 2 for £2 they are exceptional value ,but, I would not buy at full price because as the saying goes they are good but not that good!!

I used these tomatoes to make my take on ranchers eggs - very tasty!

Nice but expensive

I was sent this to try. I like the design on the tin. The tomatoes tasted very nice but are too expensive to purchase regularly. If they're on offer I'd definitely buy them again.

Nice packaging, tasty tomatoes

I’m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. Used to make a pizza sauce. Tasty as expected. Not totally sold on spending the premium over other brands.

Excellent product

I found the tomatoes to be excellent, fruity and dense, but the price does seem rather high compared with other similar tomatoes.
