Perfect
I was sick of wasting ginger, I dont use it in many recipes and often ended up composting it as Id become unusable, then I found Lazy Ginger. Its perfect for all my recipes, lasts ages and I no longer waste it.
Kitchen staple!
I always buy this product and would highly recommend - before this I was forever chucking shrivelled bits of ginger and the bonus is its already prepared too! Less food waste and less work for me, and a good price too. Highly recommend.
vinegar too strong
Lasts a long time in fridge however the vinegar doesnt evaporate enough and the whole dish ends up just tasting like vinegar not ginger
Great in tea!
Honey , lemon and ginger tea ! This is perfect , just get a little tea strainer and pop a few bits in and let ur brew add your fresh squeezed lemon and honey ! Beautiful
Aaaaah, this is so strong
This is very strong indeed, I only put a few shreds in my mouth and had to eject it. I will cook with it but very gingerly (forgive the pun).
cuts down waste
Every single bit gets used. When I used to buy fresh ginger there inevitably was wastage
