Coconut Berry Smoothie
Either blitz up for a delicious breakfast smoothie or pop into ice lolly moulds for a tasty afternoon treat! Swap out for your favourite fruits to create your own.
What You'll Need:
- 250ml Vita coco organic coconut water
- 1 banana
- 120g Frozen berries (or fresh, plus 2-3 ice cubes)
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
To Make:
1. Add all of the ingredients into the jug of a blender
2. Blend until smooth
3. Pour into a glass and serve - or for a summer twist, pour into an ice lolly mould for a treat the whole family can enjoy!
