When is Pregnacare® New Mum recommended?
An ideal postnatal supplement for the 12 months following childbirth, to help provide nutritional support following pregnancy and as a new mum.

Directions
Two tablets per day, with your main meal.
Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. To be taken only on a full stomach. You can start taking Pregnacare® New Mum at any point after childbirth.
