A regular intake is recommended.
Ultra Glucosamine is recommended with a balanced diet, rich in fish oil.

¿The glucosamine is present in the preferred potassium form for improved absorption and is sodium salt free. Each tablet provides 995mg Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCL. This equates to 700mg Glucosamine Sulphate (or 589mg glucosamine) per tablet when utilised by the body.

Directions
One to two tablets per day. Swallow with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Can be used in conjunction with any other product in the Vitabiotics range except other supplements containing glucosamine. A regular intake is recommended.
This product contains glucosamine sourced from natural chitin. Diabetics and those taking anticoagulants (blood thinners) should consult their doctor before using this product.
