Not to be taken on an empty stomach. Green Tea Extract contains a minimum of 8mg of catechins [including a minimum of 4.1mg (-)- epigallocatechin-3-gallate] per daily intake. Do not consume over 800mg of (-)- epigallocatechin-3-gallate per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women, children below 18 years old, under fasting conditions, or if you are already consuming other products containing green tea. Contains low levels of natural caffeine (1mg per tablet). Not recommended for use by those sensitive to caffeine.
This product contains iron, which if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.
