simple: gently rub a grape-sized amount of the moisturising gel to the

Switzerland

Gently rub a grape‑sized amount (between 2-3 g) of the moisturising gel to the targeted areas (e.g. back, shoulders, etc.) until the product gets absorbed, up to 3× a day. If needed, adjust the amount of the product up to 3 g per application to achieve the desired intensity of warming. After application, rinse off hands thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid application to open wounds, damaged skin, and mucosal membranes (e.g. nose or mouth) or eyes. Not recommended for use in children below 12 years of age.
