- Chicken breasts 3
- Flour 3tbsp
- Large egg 1
- Vegetable oil 100ml
- Cooked rice 375g
- Panko breadcrumbs 75g
- Mixed salad leaves
Cook
- Cook butterflied chicken breasts in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. pan fry until fully cooked. heat the curry sauce in a separate pan
- Add chicken and cooked rice to two plates, pouring the curry sauce over both. Serve with side salad
