* chicken + prawns or tofu 200g
* mangetout 80g
* red onion 1
* beansprouts 120g
* chilli 1
Cook
- Slice your chosen protein and finely slice your onion, mangetout and chilli
- Add the noodles to a bowl, cover with boiling water and let sit for 4 minutes before draining and rinsing under cold water
- Add a dash of oil to a large frying pan and cook your protein, then add in veg and cook for another 3 minutes
- Drain the noodles and add these to the wok, then add the sauce mix and stir to coat
- Once hot, divide between two plates and garnish with crispy onions and the herb mix
