- Mangetout 80g
- Red onion 1
- Beansprouts 120g
- Rice noodles 200g
- Red chilli 1
Cook
- Slice your chosen protein, prepare your veg, setting aside the chilli as garnish
- Cook the noodles according to packet instructions
- In a frying pan, stir fry your protein until cooked, then add in the veg and cook for a further 3 mins
- Add the noodles and sauce then stir to combine, heating thoroughly
- Divide between two bowls and garnish with sliced chilli
