- Prepare your veg and cook the noodles according to packet instructions
- In a hot pan, cook the protein thoroughly then remove, set aside and keep warm
- Add the veg to the same pan and cook for 3 mins
- Add the noodles and sauce then stir to combine, heating thoroughly
-Divide between two bowls, top with the protein and garnish with coriander
