Gently boiled just to soften slightly then roasted with some pesto in the oven and they were delicious. I'm not usually keen on carrots but eat them to be healthy. Might have helped that they were well cooked as usually i try to just eat lightly steamed veg but can't complain as really enjoyed.
Have bought these regularly, they are usually nice little even sized carrots, however, last time, they were a mix of tiny, medium and really large and weren't as nice and sweet as usual. They also said Waitrose essential on the package, so either they sent me the wrong carrots, or the packaging, and quality have changed, Will be ordering again to find out!
