Cox is probably the best known English apple. It has a green background colour with a deep red blush. Its unique flavour is rich, intense and aromatic with a balance of sweet and sharp notes. The classic dessert apple has been a firm British favourite since the 1850s.

love Cox but these were all bruised
Usually good.. bought last week April..I wonder if they've been in store too long?
Disappointing - no flavour - would not buy again.
Bruised and cuts
Unfortunately the apples arrived badly bruised and cuts. Because of the cuts, this resulted in the apples being wet. Disappointing.
bruised and pappy
Maybe the variety but these were not for me. Not nice at all. Not a good texture, may be they were old apples or just too bashed? Who knows. Not for me though.
Cox apples that are tasteless?
I have always enjoyed a Cox Apple so whats happened? Theres absolutely no flavour in them.
