Oven Cook From Chilled/Ambient
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a deep roasting tray and cover with foil in the centre of the oven. For the last 30 mins of cooking time remove the foil. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Cover with foil and rest for 10 - 20mins before pulling apart the meat with forks.

We ordered a large roast, it was just over 2.1 kg and a lovely uniform thickness. After slow roasting for almost 5 hours it just fell apart, so tasty and moist, only the very top was crispy, which is normal with a roasting bag. Everyone enjoyed it very much.
AWESOME - deep flavour, plenty of fat needs long and slow cooking. If you dont want fat or cant slow cook it for long enough dont buy this cut. Carnitas from heaven or slow smoke overnight after a dry rub - fabulous
Excellent piece of pork, smother with sazon seasoning and salt and pepper then place in a slow cooker with no liquid for eight hours on low, when done pull apart and use the juices that have come out to mix with the pork, absolutely delicious.
