Absolutely love these. I eat a whole pack to myself with just some grated parmesan as a meal for one. I also freeze them and cook them straight from frozen, and just double the cooking time, and they still come out perfectly. Excellent delicious meal in minutes. So handy to be able to take them straight from the freezer and cook them immediately. Always stock up on them when they're on offer, and this is my absolute favourite of the Waitrose filled pastas. I love pumpkin and pine nut, and you can really taste both.
Simply coat with grated parmesan and serve with salad for a delicious and filling lunch - just right for two. Just lovely!
I fancied trying this on Halloween...It is really, really good. Cook for 2 minutes in boiling water and add olive oil or butter ( I added both) some black pepper and parmesan and I promise you will be in heaven! It goes down really nicely with a glass of red... I will definitely be ordering this again
Enjoyed this for dinner with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of Parmesan, together with a side salad!

I love pumpkin in pasta and the added pine nuts worked really well. Its a super quick dinner when you dont have much time and Id definitely have it again :)
