"We make our pizzas with fine Caputo 00 flour, milled in Italy, and pizzeria flour, mixed with a 48 hour fermented sourdough for extra flavour. They're bake in the intense heat of wood-fired ovens, producing the crisp crust and open texture you find in Italian pizzerias.
The topping combines a creamy béchamel sauce, infused with rich mushroom and truffle paste, with slices mushroom and truffle paste, with slices of portobello and chestnut mushrooms tumbled in a natural truffle-flavour oil, and rich, creamy mascarpone."

nice pizza but be aware of one ingredient
Lovely pizza, which I shared for a light supper with my husband. We were both still wide awake at 2.00 am. I eventually fell asleep at 4.00am feeling hideous. I checked the ingredients today and the only one I didnt recognise was dextrose monohydrate which is the glucose family and raises insulin and energy levels. In future Ill save this pizza for lunch when I have a big, afternoon meeting !
nice white pizza
love white pizza and did enjoy this, good but not overpowering truffle flavour and good quantity of mushrooms. very bready pizza (as described) but good third of base topping free which seemed a bit much. wanted it to be better and all in all not sure I'll buy again
Lovely but needs some seasoning!
Gorgeous white pizza, makes a great change from a tomato base. Not much of a truffle flavour comes through, but the mushrooms are amazing! Usually I find a mushroom topped pizza ends up a bit watery, but the mushrooms on this went nice and crispy. My only quibble is that I needed to season it with some pepper and chilli to liven it up a bit. Worth the money as a treat, otherwise a bit expensive for what it is!
