“We make our pizzas with fine Caputo 00 flour, milled in Italy, and pizzeria flour, mixed with a 48 hour fermented sourdough for extra flavour. They're topped with a rich tomato sauce made with ripe Italian tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and basil, and baked in the intense heat of wood-fired ovens, producing the thin, crisp crust you find in Italian pizzerias.
The topping combines creamy mozzarella and mascarpone with nutty Parmigiano Reggiano and a hint of sharpness from the Gorgonzola, finished with a dusting of finely grated pecorino and black pepper to give a crisp cheesy crust with an extra to give a crisp cheesy crust with an extra kick of flavour.”

dough amazing, lacking topping
The dough on this was lovely, but the pizza reminded me of garlic bread pizza with some cheese on. About 2 inches of crust around the outside before the pizza toppings started. I would like this more without the Gorgonzola. I love Gorgonzola but it was hidden and after cutting into the pizza I thought one of the cheeses had mouldy as there was a grey looking cheese oozing, so ended up looking on the box to check.
Topping in dollops!
The base is tasty, the toppings are tasty - but together they aren't making a pizza! Too much base, and dollops of topping that even when spread out don't cover much more than half the base.
Large pizza, tiny topping.
Nice ingredients but the crusts are crazily big - the tomato sauce and toppings cover just half of the pizza.
nicely cheesy - on the area with topping
lovely cheese mix and the blue comes through nicely, but so much bare crust (at least double the size on the photo) makes it feel poor value. Mushroom one I tried was the same. Just a bit disappointing
I wasnt holding out for this being any good, but I was pleasantly surprised. The base cooked well, so it was a good alternative to a takeaway pizza. You have to love cheese though. Looking forward to other toppings appearing
