Not overly smoked, has a very pleasant flavour BUT within this small pack there was inconsistency. Most slices were beautifully thinly sliced, some variation in length which isn't a problem: . BUT. . there was one thumping great THICK slice too. .You'd need a steady hand & sharp knife to try to slice it like the rest. As it was I couldn't roll it round my filling like the rest.
