I was so disappointed with this soggy goey fatty mess. plus it was a faff to cook having to remove crackling and put it somewhere til the end. cannot cook from frozen so have to allow time to defrost. will not buy again.
Firstly, the cracking smelt weird and was totally inedible.
Despite cooking longer than recommended and under the grill the meat gained no colour. It was grey, soggy, sloppy and tasteless. Its looked revolting and there was very little meat on it at all. Wont be buying again.
