Remove from packaging, place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for: 800W / 50 sec stand 1 min; Oven cook - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at: 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas mark 5 / 15-18 mins
