Remove from packaging, place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for:
800W, 50 sec stand 1 min; Oven cook - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray near the centre of a pre-heated oven at:
180°C / Fan 160°C, Gas mark 4, 15-18 mins
